Panda Studio ("the Service") is a content-automation tool used to generate, schedule, publish, and manage short-form videos on the user's own connected social media accounts. This policy explains what data it handles.
To act on your behalf, the Service stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by YouTube, Instagram (Meta), and TikTok for the accounts you explicitly connect. These tokens are stored securely on a private server and are used only for the accounts you authorize.
Access tokens are used exclusively to call the official platform APIs to: (a) upload and publish videos to your connected accounts; (b) read and reply to comments on your own videos; and (c) read your own YouTube Analytics (views, watch time, and audience retention) to help you improve your content. The Service never posts to accounts you have not connected.
The Service does not collect personal data from third parties, does not track visitors, and does not sell, rent, or share any data with anyone. Google user data is never used for advertising or transferred to third parties.
Tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or they expire. You may revoke access at any time from the respective platform's app/security settings, which immediately invalidates the stored token. You may also request deletion of any stored data by contacting us.
